U.S. Ambassador in Albania, Donald Lu met a lot of high officials on Thursday but not the President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani.

The last refused to met Lu after the strong accusations that he made in the address of the Attorney General Adriatik Llalla.

For the President Nishani, the accuses of Lu are very grave and the situation must be cleared through institutional ways to continue further in a closed meeting.

Until now, President Nishani have not showed any problem or discordance with the U.S. Embassy or Ambassador.

Meanwhile, during the day, Ambassador Lu met Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri.
