Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, said that the new law of Wiretaps violates privacy. Speaking in a round-table for the anti-corruption laws on Friday, Manjani said that the new law gives the right to the authorities to wiretap even inside the homes of the high official.

"A similar law was criticized even in Great Britain where the credibility of the police and investigative bodies are super strict.

Prosecution have rights for surveillance procedures but not in the apartment, not in bed or toilet with audio and video," said Manjani.
