Haxhi Giu was condemned along two other persons while trying to favor a suspected individual arrested for narcotics possession in exchange of a EUR 29.000 bribe.

He was arrested in flagrance by the police officers on December 2, 2015 while driving his vehicle. A sum of EUR 28.800 was seized in quality of material proof, along with video-materials showing his meetings with the other people arrested for the same charges.
