The temperatures in the Northern Albania kept going down even on Sunday generating a massive presence of ice in the road axes. Dibra city experienced a record temperature of minus 26 degree Celsius. 

Vehicles circulation in a number of road-axes was blocked due to the thick layers of snow, while only a small part of the northern area road axes were passable by using chains.

Qafe Mali - Fierza road axis in Tropoja is passable with chains. Small size avalanches have been registered in a number of villages of this district, luckily without any loss of human lives or material damages. 

Meanwhile some rural villages of Shkodra district are experiencing the power supply interruption due to the strong winds and low temperatures. 

Nation’s Road, connecting Albania with Kosovo, is passable using chains. Police warns all those circulating in this road to drive carefully and obey to the appeal for the use of chains.
