Pogradec, Penal Proceedings for Road Maintenance Company Administrator

The owner and at the same time the administrator of the Pogradec - Lin road axis maintenance company A.D. 59, became subject to penal proceedings on Sunday. The last is accused of negligence of duty failing to clean the snow and pour salt quantities on the road. His company failure to complete this process generated vehicles circulation difficulties and minor accidents.
Pogradec prosecution opened an inquiry for a full clarification of this issue.
