Prime Minister, Edi Rama, promised on Tuesday to all farmers in Albania more budget in the future. In a meeting with a group of farmers in Shishtavec, he said that families’ budget amelioration is imminent and this process will be achieved through state’s employees’ salaries increase.
“The undertaken reforms will enable salaries increase. A fund of USD 100 million coming from the state’s budget will be dedicated to the families’ budget,” said Rama.
Referring to the minimal salary of the state’ employee Rama said that an increase of around 35% has been foreseen by the executive.
“The current average salary is among the lowest in the region. Soon Albanians average salary will approach that of Macedonia, leaving behind Kosovo and Serbia,” he underlined.
