Electricity Power Distribution Operatorconcluded the first semester of 2016 indicators evidencing a consolidation of 3.3% in the energy loss decrease level compared to the first semester of 2016. According to the data the energy loss level during the first half of this year descended in 28, 86%, a lower figure compared to the foreseen descent of 29.09%. Cashing indicator from the customers' payment figure is also satisfactory. The first semester plan of Lek 29.2 billion was exceeded considering that the indicator shows that a total amount of Lek 30.8 Billion was collected. A sum of Lek 28.8 billion was collected from the existing customers, while a sum of Lek 2 billion was collected by the laggard in bills payment through signed arrangement. Cashing from the customers' payments show a small increase compared to the past year even in the payment rate during this semester. A total of 433,971 agreements for the energy payment by rate have been signed, while 414,589 of them belong to the private consumers. The sum of interests annulled thanks to the payments facilitating schemes so far is up to Lek 8.6 Billion, or USD 72 million.
Published data show that a sum of Lek 3.3 Billion, or USD 27 million, belongs to the private consumers with social welfare that have been given a special status by the OSHEE.
