Energy Distribution Authority continued on Monday the presentation of the ticket service for the costumers, a novelty aiming to avoid long lines during bills payments. This new service manages the costumers’ line through an automatic ticketing system up to the bill’s payment. Prime Minister Edi Rama and the EDA General Director Ardian Cela attended this service presentation in Durres. According to PM Rama every investment that has been recently done is due to the consumers’ contribution.
“The revolution in the energy sector that started by avoiding the energy losing due to a number of motives has continued with a deep transformation of the costumer – company relation enabling the increase of payment capacity, thus a major capacity of investment by the EDA. Every investment recently carried out by this company gives back to the citizens their contribution through energy bills payment” said Rama.
