The Democratic Party's MP, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has accused on Monday the head of the Parliamentary Group of Socialist Party, Taulant Balla, for being the guarantor of the load with EUR 3.4 million seized in the Durres harbor.
According to him, the main part of it is the Prime Minister Edi Rama, who made possible to hide the traces through the State Police.
"This is the flagrant cooperation that the Police can do with organized crime. This confirms the support that drug trafficking has in Albania. The main objective of the State Police is to protect the criminal power, not the citizens. Rama's links to crime have shut down the Albanians door to Europe. With Edi Rama like Prime Minister, this country has no future," said Alibeaj.
