Former Democratic Leader, Sali Berisha, denounced on Wednesday Prime Minister, Edi Rama and his brother to be the key related to the amount of 613 kg of cocaine caught in Durres, based on some information that am Anti-narcotics officer in Durres gave to him.
Berisha summarized the information and declared that, it is obvious that Rama brothers are part of this huge drugs amount.
"New facts prove that Edi and Olsi Rama are the political clan of 613 kg of cocaine caught. Starting from the fact that the information from Colombia was given in January by the Italian side with the concrete number of the container and that night was checked only the marked container. The cargo came on January 19th, and the police knew that it was of Rama's clan and therefore left 10 days to stay in the port," said Berisha.
He added that the intervention was made only after request for information from Colombian Navy, DEA and the Italian side, to know about the fate of the container. This mode of transport began after the banana containers began in 2013 and that their defense in Durres was made by the former Director of Durres Police, Perlat Cullaj, who was the only Police Director who did not move from Durres for four years.
