A 111 meters high skyscraper will be constructed in Tirana. The permission was given during the latest meeting of the National Territory Council (NTC) held in February.
This high tower that will be situated near 'Scanderbeg' square will be an addition to 'Tirana International Hotel'. The new skyscraper is also expected to serve as commercial and multifunctional center.
The first permission for the construction of this building by 'Geci ltd' was given by NTC on April 2017. This final approval of the permission given nearly one year ago completes the procedures paving the way to the works for the skyscraper's construction.
The works will be conducted by 'Geci ltd' and 'Aner ltd' company, whose name's addition is the only novelty in the final permission given by NCT.
