Court Leaves in Prison Former Roads Director Xhika

Elbasani Court decided to leave in prison on Sunday the former Roads Director, Dashamir Xhika and the other director Andi Toma.
Both of them were arrested two days ago with the accuse for abuses with the funds of the Elbasan-Gjinar road and corruption. The Court decided to leave them in prison despite the arguments of the lawyer for their innocence.
Former Minister of Transports, Edmond Haxhinasto participates on the process, while Xhika is known as an official of the Socialist Movement for Integration.
According to the prosecution, the two arrested must build this road axis, but they did not. ALL 5 billion were allocated for this road which did not exist.
