The Democrat MP, Flamur Noka has been expulsed by Speaker Gramoz Ruçi from Thursday's parliamentary session. An attempt by Noka to involve in a physical clash with Premier Rama was the origin of this drastic decision by Speaker Ruçi. His harsh reaction finalized a series of intense comebacks between the chief of executive and former-Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

The immediate intervention of security personnel prevented Noka from hitting PM Rama while the latest was speaking from the podium.

Speaker Ruçi reacted vigorously by expelling Noka and interrupting the session for several minutes.
