Former Socialist Minister of Interior Affairs, Saimir Tahiri can't travel abroad anymore. The Court of Serious Crimes, issued on Tuesday "prohibition on traveling abroad" as security measure for the former minister.

The ban had been requested by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes. This security measure was based on the ongoing investigations against Tahiri on grounds of passive corruption and alleged ties with drugs trafficking.

Earlier Tahiri traveled in Germany, in spite of the fact that investigations were on process.
