The Vice-Chair of Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) Luan Rama reacts over the arguments given by the majority to justify the election of a temporary chief prosecutor.
He used an ironic language in a public declaration on Monday while referring to the majoritys claim that Civic Society hampers the election of a new chief prosecutor by delaying the candidacies for the High Council of Prosecution.
The majority blames the Civic Society for the delay in the High Council of Justice constitution, consequently hampering the process for the election of a new chief prosecutor. On view of the current situation the ambassadors, whose role has often been decisive, should sit in the negotiations table with Civic Society and resolve this issue.
Although it seems a paradox to think that Civic Society is intentionally hampering this process if we recall the continuous protests organized in presence even of some ambassadors, urging to the parliament to approve justice reform, said Luan Rama.
