Vjosa River Overflows, Evacuation Begins

Some 3000 residents of Vlora's villages started to be evacuated after Vjosa River overflows this Friday evening due to heavy rain.
The Civil Emergency Committee, decided to start evacuation immediately after River overflow to prevent a catastrophe.
The evacuation process started for the families, near the river. The residents will be sheltered in the Sport Palace and in the Dormitory of Industrial School
The Civil Emergency Committee will evacuate will force, if necessary, all those who will object this decision.
