The Democrat leader, Lulzim Basha labels the imminent construction of three incinerators in Tirana, Elbasan and Fier as another corruptive affair of Prime Minister Edi Rama. Through a press release on Monday he stressed that Premier Rama and the Minister of Finances, Arben Ahmetaj are the real owners of the company that will construct the incinerators with state’s funds.

“Three incinerators construction is clearly a corruptive affair supported directly by the chief of executive. Three companies that will realize these projects are controlled by the same person, who serves as cover up for PM Rama and minister Ahmetaj. A fund of EUR 400 Million will be given by the state’s budget during the next 20 years for this project. The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is entire based on state’s financial endorsement,” declared Basha.
