Judge Arrested for Corruption, Shkelqim Miri, Suspended

The High Council of Justice (HCJ) suspended from his duty the judge Shkelqim Miri, arrested days ago for corruption after police found in his house ALL 30 million.
Prosecution accused Miri for changing a decision and bringing out of prison, Gentian Doda for EUR 20.000.
Based on these accuses, HCJ suspended the judge from his duty, until the end of the judicial process.
During the Friday's meeting, HCJ decided to discharge another judge, Qani Hasa due to problems in his form for the decriminalization process.
He made fake declarations in decriminalization form regarding his properties.
