The renowned Albanian poet and writer Lasgush Poradeci death 30th anniversary was commemorated through a special exhibition in Pogradec.
This exhibition, the brainchild of the mind of State Archives General Directory, presented the visitors with numerous materials recently donated to this institution by the poet’s daughters Kostandina and Marie Gusho.
Publications, manuscripts, letters and pictures along with a series of works on Naim Frasheri, Gjergj Fishta, Asdreni and Risto Siliqi were exposed to the public. The exhibition included also some of the notebooks used by the poet during the studies in Bucharest and Gratz, some personal documents, a passport used during the high-school period in Athens and the French Lyceum in Athens document.
Meantime it seems that the Albanian government is already negotiating with the owner of Poradeci’s house in order to enable its transformation into a museum.
