The Central Elections Commission (CEC) chairman, Klement Zguri reacted on Monday over the Socialist Party (SP) request for his discharge due to the CEC decision on Mallakastra's Mayor Agron Kapllanaj.
Referring to the fact that CEC rejected the SP request for Kapllanaj's mandate removal due to the alleged violation of the decriminalization law Zguri said that no complaint had been filed so far.
"The fact that no electoral subject has filed a complaint against CEC decision for Kapllanaj's mandate indicated that the decision has been accepted. Any complaint on the CEC decisions may be submitted to the Electoral College or the Administrative Court," said Zguri, adding that everything is of public domain thus it's easily verifiable.
