The discussion of the law on judicial assistance generates debates between majority’s and opposition’s representatives in the Legal Issues, Public Administration and Human Rights Committee. The origin of the debate was a declaration made by Democrat MP Oerd Bylykbashi.

He addressed to the Socialist MP, Ulsi Manja, at the same time the committee’s chair, suggesting this law’s presentation to the Habilaj’s clan for a further examination.

“You guaranteed the judicial immunity for yourselves by doing maximal efforts to provide judicial assistance to the Mafia. The majority provides judicial assistance to the criminals,” said Bylykbashi.

Manaj replied immediately by declaring that this law might also be presented to the Mallakastra’s mayor, a DP representatives accused by the majority of conflict with decriminalization law, or to the prosecutor’s for a definitive closure.

The debates between majority’s and opposition’s representatives ended with the Democrat MPs departure from the committee’s meeting.
