The Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj declares that Albanian government will conduct a frontal war against the criminality. Through a brief speech during the presentation of “The law’s power” project on Tuesday the minister stated that criminals and their collaborators will from now on face a frontal war by the government.

“The Albanian government is totally aware of the risk generated by the organized crime for the country’s economy and citizens. Likewise, despite the commitment shown so far in the fight against criminality we are still distant from the rule of law and equal justice for everyone standard. However the government has the willingness to cope with this challenge. Since today we declare a frontal war to the organized crime and their collaborators. We are determined to finalize this war with the law’s victory on criminality,” said Xhafaj.

In conclusion the Interior Minister Xhafaj emphasized that crime will have no future in Albania, adding that criminal networks and their economic power will be destroyed once and forever.
