Emiljano Shullazi's trial session has been postponed. The absence of a judge due to a death in the family was the motive behind the Tuesday’s session postponement.

This is the 2nd time that Emiljano Shullazi trial is postponed within a week. The October 24 session was postponed due to the absence of prosecutors Elizabeta Imeraj and Ened Nakuçi. This absence was related to their involvement in the former-Minister of Interior Sajmir Tahiri case.

Emiljano Shullazi is facing trial on grounds of the alleged intimidation on Tirana University rector Mynyr Koni that aimed to prevent him from running for this position.
