'Colors of Albania', from the Coast to Historic Castle

‘Colors of Albania’, a competition that narrates the Albania’s colors through the art of photography third edition ended successfully. This edition’s motto “Dare to Travel in the Less Beaten Path” saw the participation of thousands of photo-lovers who unfolded the Albania’s true colors, the stunning cities and villages, the coastal line and the coastal line and the virgin panoramas along with the old bazaars and historic castles.
A special ceremony was organized in the framework of this competition in the premises of Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. The ceremony was attended by the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati, the Minister of Tourism and Environment Blendi Klosi, the Minister of Culture Mirela Kumbaro, the Norway Ambassador Per Strand Sjaastad, representatives of the diplomatic corps in Albania and photo-lovers.
In a brief greeting speech the minister Bushati underlined this initiative’s importance which according to him enabled the presentation of the real and vital Albania.
Pictures of known places like Theth, Dhermi and Valbona were presented along with those of les known but equally beautiful places like Vermosh, Erzen Canyons, Mallakastra’s Praries, Benja’s Thermal Baths and Shkopet.
As usual this competition’s best pictures will be exposed abroad through a number of international exhibitions.
