The vetting process in Albania is expected to starts officially next week. The process which foresees the scrutiny of around 800 judges and prosecutors' assets to verify if their wealth is justified, will begin with the head of the Constitutional Court, Bashkim Dedja.
Then the list continues with the other members of this court, Vitore Tusha, Altina Xhoxhaj, Fatmir Hoxha, Gani Dizdari, Besnik Imeraj and Fatos Lulo.
The implementation of vetting law, part of the justice reform which is considered as a key reform for the country's European Union integration, received the green light few days before the elections on June 25 when both political camps decided to set up the vetting bodies to deal with this process.
State administration institutions have begun work on controlling the assets of justice officials who will be verified if they have made accurate declarations of registered properties and the money they have in the bank.
