Prosecution: Tahiri's Issue, What MPs Made Is Scandalous

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes reacted over the some facts made public by the Council of the Rules and Procedure, Mandates and Immunity which discussed the request to remove or not the immunity of the socialist former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri.
Prosecution denounced that some details of the investigations were made public for the media, despite the fact that they were considered very secret.
"Some evidences were made public, risking further investigations and even the persons connected with the investigations. We are investigating criminals and some of the persons we are speaking are declared wanted. Despite that we asked total secret, results that some details were made public for the media. We must underlines that making public the secret evidences is a criminal offense and is condemned according to the law," reacted the prosecution.
