Archives 'Richness' Now Closer to the Public

Original documents and museum objects, part of the State’s Central Archive, will be occasionally part of exhibits at the National Historic Museum (NHM) thanks to an agreement between these two institutions. This initiative aims the presentation during 2018 of objects of particular interest to the public based on a well-defined calendar.

"We have started this cooperation even earlier with the exhibition of the Albanian state stamps and now hope to open other exhibitions to highlight the values of our cultural, historical, museum heritage shared by these institutions,” stated the NHM director, Dorian Koçi during the agreement’s signature.

While General Archives Director, Ardit Bido stressed that this collaboration will enable the public to become acquainted with assets that have never been exposed. He announced that the next exhibition will be a precious collection of gramophones.
