New details on the wire-tapings of drug trafficker Moisi Habilaj, arrested three days ago by the Italian police were made public on Wednesday. According to the Italian police the wire-taping indicates that Habilaj monitored the Albanian Armed Forces (AAF) radars activity.
A trusted person, directly involved in the radars' activity, acted on his behalf in accordance to the given instructions. This fact is confirmed by Habilaj during a conversation with his Italian partners in the drugs smuggling network.
Earlier publication of another wire-taping placed the former-Minister of Interior Sajmir Tahiri in the center of accusations for his alleged ties with Habilaj due to the fact that the latest mention his name as part of this network.
