Tensions in Parliament, Democrat MP Noka Expelled

The Democrat MP Flamur Noka was expelled from the parliament during Thursday’s session. His attempt to block the podium while using offensive words against Speaker Gramoz Ruçi forced the last to take this disciplinary restrictive measure.

“When an MP blocks the podium, tries to prevent a colleague from speaking and does not react to repeated warnings than he is expelled from the session,” declared Speaker Ruçi.

This situation was similar to the one in the last parliamentary session when Democrat leader Lulzim Basha was expelled by Speaker Ruçi for the same motive as Noka. However, Speaker Ruçi annulled this ordinance on view of the fact that Basha is one the first-time MPs in this parliament.
