Some 62 graphic designs representing the medieval clock towers situated in 41 cities part of the Albanian-speaking territories became part of an exhibition in Berat. This exhibition is the culmination of 11-years of work by the renowned researcher Dritan Çoku who has made a detailed survey on the architecture, history and techniques of building these objects with a big historical and cultural importance.
The opening of the exhibition drew the attention of researchers, historians and artists, but also of many art lovers. The researcher illustrated the appearance towers that no longer exist starting from the study of the ruins, or by exploring historical records, descriptions, illustrations or old pictures taken by domestic and foreign travelers. For this reason these graphic works themselves contain high documentary values and also evidence Çoku's artistic talent.
