5 Acres of Land Seized in Shengjin, Suspicions of Forgery

Some 5 acres of land, the equivalent of 285.000 m/2 were seized on Tuesday in Shengjin by order of Lezha prosecution. The alleged use of forged documents for this land's appropriation is the motive behind this order. The seized land had been divided in 5 parcels and is currently owned by different individuals.
Lezha's Prosecution Office launched an investigation, based on the denunciation of a citizen who possesses official ownership documents on this land but which actually results in being registered on behalf of three other families.
According to the prosecution The Prosecution the citizen Gj.C. has been recognized as the heir of this land situated in 'Rana e Hedhun' area, by a court decision of 2006.
Meantime from the investigations resulted that the 5 parcels cadastral registration was illegally altered and the property was alienated on the basis of forged documents.
The prosecution investigation for a full clarification of this issue is still ongoing.
