Bajram Mato's Unexposed Works Presented in Tirana

The known painter Bajram Mato is presented to the Albanian public this week through a personal exhibition opened in the National Historic Museum (NHM) premise. The painter, which lived in Italy and had a large activity, presents 102 unexposed works, mostly panoramas from every Albanian region. The compositions, portraits or works related to Italy also part of this exhibition.

The works of the renowned artist begin from the 1980s and arrive in 2017 luring the visitors thanks to their warm colors and the incredibly original techniques used.

“This exhibition existed since a long time in my mind as concept and now it was time to open it. Maybe autumn was the best moment to present my works to the public,” said Mato.

Mato’s artistic career started in 1976 after his graduation and continued uninterrupted until recent days. He has participated in numerous national and international activities.

Bajram Mato’s exhibition will welcome the visitors in the National History Museum until the end of September.
