Slovenia, Ahmedi ‘Brilliant’ with Maribor

The Albanian National Team midfielder Valon Ahmedi was excellent in the 10th week of the Slovenian championship, guiding Maribor's team in the 2-3 victory against Aluminij. The 22-year-old, who was one of the latest novelties of the Red and Black team, scored a goal and gave an assist confirming the positive moment he is going currently experiencing.

A goal of Francesko Tahiraj, part of Aluminij, at 15th minute unblocked the figures thanks to a beautiful goal. But the finalization of the former player of the U19 Albanian National Team was not sufficient for a victory because Ahmedi realized his first goal at 65th minute thanks an assist given by the Brazilian Tavares equalizing the figures. Aluminij got one more time the lead 4 minutes later thanks to a goal of Nunic but Ahmedi equalized one more time the figures with a goal at 74th minute.

Hotic's goal in the 89th gave 3 points to Maribor that with this success climbed to the top of the classification in the Slovenian championship.
