'Scanderbeg' failed to obtain a point in the first match against Dinamo Kiev part of the groups’ stage in Europe League. Korça’s team was defeated with 3-1 score in Ukraine but the first half that ended with 1-0 score in favor of Scanderbeg thanks to a goal of Gjergj Muzaka indicated the positive progress of Ilir Daja’s team during the last years. The goal and the entire performance of the ‘Snow’s Wolfs’ was in the highest level. The host team was deeply surprised by their game.

Meantime in the 2nd half saw a completely different situation and the Ukrainian team took the reins. They managed to score twice with Sydorchuk and Moraes in the 47th and 49th minutes. The Congolese payer Mbokani sealed the Dinamo Kiev victory with a penalty caused by Mici.

‘Scanderbeg’ will now play the next match on September 28 at home against the Swiss team of Young Boys.
