New Rules, 177 Citizens Banned from Traveling Abroad

The new rules of the General Director of State Police, Haki Cako, banned only during August some 177 citizens from traveling abroad through Rinas Airport. State Police refused the visas to these citizens because they did not fulfill all the criteria for travelling abroad.

According to the State Police notice, along August 9 persons were arrested for document falsifications while other 8 more are under investigation.

The last data shows that during August, 308.497 persons entered in Albania.

“The Border Police of Rinas is committed to provide a qualitative service to all citizens entering and leaving the airport and determined to prevent, detect and punish illegality,” informed State Police.
