The talented painter Gjergj Meta chose to appear before the public at the National Museum of History with 42 works presenting his thoughts on art, politics and social aspects.
The painter named his exhibition “Like a coffee”, considering that people are more democratic, relaxed, silent, scary, funny, bitter, deathly and colorful when having a coffee. According to Meta, the work done at a studio is a separate world with its own unique time.
“When you’re silent and alone, you visually project your next work and finish it like an Italian espresso, or like a slow Turkish coffee, with bittersweet memories, a future and shadowing”, expressed Meta. The exhibition began on the 2nd of September and has had a very positive reception from art lovers.
