Houston 600 Albanian Families Devastated by Hurricane Harvey

'Harvey' hurricane affected hundreds of Albanian families which lives in Houston.

The Albanian Ambassador, Floreta Faber, and Kosovo’s Ambassador, Vlora Citaku, informed on Wednesday that hundreds of Albanian families have been touched by the hurricane but thankfully, according to the last reports, no one has been physically harmed and only material damages were registered.

The ambassadors also left some contacts number for any problem that the Albanian people in the US might be going through.

The US city of Houston is under a night-time curfew as it battles the impact of Hurricane Harvey.

The storm has dumped record rainfall, leaving large parts of the Texas city underwater, homes destroyed and over 20 people reported dead.
Houston mayor Sylvester Turner said the curfew was needed to head off looting in America's fourth most populous city.
President Donald Trump visited Texas on Tuesday to survey the damage brought by Harvey, calling the storm "epic".
