Forest Fires, Greece Dispatches Help to Albania

Greece dispatched two water-bombing planes on Saturday morning to aid the Albanian fire service on the ground to control forest fires in Llogara.

During the last 24 hours, 15 new blazes were registered all over the country and 125 firefighters with 21 vehicles were active to tackle the blazes.

More than 160 army forces were engaged to help and control forest fires.

Active blazes are in Tirana in Dajti Mountain, Llogara, Shijak, Elbasan villages, Qafe Thane and Dropull.
