Thaci-Haradinaj Coalition Wins Most Votes in Kosovo Election

Beta agency is on Monday morning quoting data of the Central Electoral Commission, which shows that this coalition, made up of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), and the Initiative for Kosovo, along with ten other parties, has won the election.

They are followed by another coalition, made up of the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo, the New Kosovo Alliance, and the Alternative Initiative with 24.8 percent, while Self-Determination has won 23.52 percent of votes.

According to Tanjug, the Serb (Srpska) List has finished fourth with 4.8 percent, taking all ten seats guaranteed to the Serb community in the 120-seat Assembly in Pristina.

The turnout was 41.45 percent out of the 1,872,951 eligible voters.

The election was followed by about 30,000 domestic and international observers.
