Thomas Strakosha has been designated as Lazio's starter-goalkeeper even for the next season, thanks to his excellent performance during the current season.
Anyway, things may change for the Albanian goalkeeper, despite the fact that he is not to be blamed. The origin of this change may be the talks that are being conducted by Lazio with another goalkeeper. The Italian media reports that Lazio's sportive director, Igli Tare has already gotten in touch with another goalkeeper, aiming to strengthen this sector.
According to the media Tare has contacted Fernando Muslera, the Gallatasaray goalkeeper, whose contract with this team ends next year, inviting him to return in Lazio's ranks. If this proposal would be accepted things would get much harder for Strakosha on view of the tougher competition for the position of starter-goalkeeper.
