EURO 2 Million Sequestrated Assets to be Sold at Auction

A number of sequestrated assets, whose origin is related to illicit activities, will soon be sold at auction by the Ministry of Finances. 7 assets with a total value of 270 Million All or Euro 2 million, situated in Durres, Tirana, Saranda and Lushnja will be sold by the Ministry of Finances.

An olive-grove in Durres has the highest value among the assets in this auction. The bids will start from 111 Million All. Two parcels of land, also situated in Durres, with a respective value of 44.8 Million All and 74.5 Million All ranks in the 2nd place for the highest initial bids.

The sequestrated assets auction will take place on January 11, 2017. According to the auction’s criteria everyone willing to purchase these assets may participate in this auction.
